For Librarians: End User Support (Returning Titles Early)

Librarians are able to return titles early for patrons in Content Reserve. This is useful when a patron accidentally checks out the incorrect format and has no way of easily returning the title themselves.

  • Log into Content Reserve. 
  • Click on the "Support" tab.
  • Find "End User Support" at the top of the page. 
  • Click on "Return Titles."
  • Search by title or card number (recommended) to find and return the title.
